What should I have ready once the line is active?
Tell the independent provider where and when you noticed the pest concern, which rooms or outdoor areas are involved and the service address. Describe observations without diagnosing a species. Ask whether the provider covers your address and what an inspection would include. The service-area ZIP list is an inquiry filter, not a commitment to provide treatment.
How can I check a provider?
Ask for the applicable Louisiana structural pest-control license category, company place-of-business permit and insurance. The Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry explains its licensing categories and offers a list of companies. This site does not verify a particular contractor.
